Zusammenfassung

Brighton Montessori Centres PTE. LTD. is seeking an enthusiastic early childhood educator to plan, supervise and implement the class programme in line with the centre's policies. You will complete progress reports and develop a developmental portfolio for each child.

You will also create a stimulating learning environment, manage safety and hygiene, and collaborate with staff to support every child. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (minimum).
• ECDA L2 certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Plan, supervise and implement the programme for the class in accordance with centre's policies and framework.
• Complete progress reports and prepare a developmental portfolio for each child.
• Create a stimulating, engaging environment that promotes self-directed learning.
• Maintain classroom management, safety and hygiene of the children.
• Build and maintain close partnership with parents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise and implement the programme for the class in accordance with centre's policies and framework
• Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for each child
• Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment that promotes self-directed learning
• Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the children
• Work closely with the other teaching staff in the class in carrying out the duties
• Build and maintain close partnership with parents

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
• Certified by ECDA at L2 category
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well independently as well as within a team
