  • Industry/ Organization Type: Education / Montessori
  • Position Title: Preschool Teacher (L1/L2)
  • Working Location: Bedok
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30AM - 5PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,700 + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement appropriate lesson plans that align with school guidelines and foster language development
  • Teach basic language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking, in an engaging and interactive manner
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation
  • Monitor and assess student progress through observations, activities, and informal assessments
  • Utilize a variety of instructional materials and resources to support the learning needs of all students
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • ECDA certified - L1/L2
  • Experience in teaching children is preferred
