Job description

We are an award-winning preschool focused on arts integration, relationship-based learning, and a creative curriculum for children aged 2 months to 6 years. We invite passionate and caring individuals to join our newly awarded centre at Woodleigh Mall.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma from recognized institutions in ECC/ACEY
  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good team player
  • Hardworking and responsible
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of classroom management through positive guidance, respecting children's rights and diversity
  • Create a safe and stimulating learning environment that encourages children to think, wonder, and question
  • Observe children, document learning progress, and prepare reports and portfolios
  • Plan and implement the curriculum according to the centre's pedagogy
  • Review teaching plans to meet the diverse needs of children
  • Ensure safety and hygiene in the classroom and perform routine care duties
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents
