Job description

A respected preschool in Central Singapore is looking for an ACEY-certified educator to join its early childhood team.
With nearly two decades of experience, the school offers both mainstream preschool education and tailored programs for children with diverse learning needs — making it one of a handful of preschools in Singapore offering such a blend.
If you believe that quality preschool education should include every child — and you enjoy hands-on, exploratory learning — this could be the right fit for you.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and carry out age-appropriate learning activities for children up to N1 level.
  • Support the holistic development of children — including physical, social, emotional, and language growth — through structured and unstructured play.
  • Create a classroom environment that is safe, warm, and responsive to the developmental needs of each child.
  • Work closely with fellow educators and parents to ensure continuity of care and learning support.
  • Observe and document children's progress, adapting approaches based on individual interests and abilities.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) – mandatory.
  • Experience teaching or caring for infants and toddlers (up to N1 age group).
  • Strong communication skills and a caring, adaptable teaching style.
  • Open to working with children of varied developmental profiles.
What’s Offered:
  • Opportunities for training and mentorship in inclusive early childhood practices.
  • Supportive team culture and stable leadership.
  • Exposure to a unique early childhood setting where mainstream and inclusive practices meet.

Every child deserves a great start — and every great start begins with an educator who cares.

If that sounds like you, we’d be honoured to meet you.
