Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical and social well-being of children at the centre
• Plan, prepare and organise teaching activities according to Reggio Emilia Approach
• Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for the children to learn and play
• Communicate regularly with parents on children's development
• Conduct observation and assessment on children's learning progress
