Job description

Job Role & Responsibilities
1.

Design, plan and oversee implementation of programmes: You will oversee the effective implementation of programmes that seek to provide social and learning support. In overseeing the effective implementation of these programmes, you are responsible for developing and improving the service delivery models, evaluation, monitoring, reporting and outcomes tracking frameworks and processes.

Overseeing a team of practitioners: You are to oversee a team in the delivery of the social and learning support programmes, this includes:
- Overseeing training curriculum and developmental needs;
- Oversee execution of job roles;
- Monitoring the progress of delivering programmes, supporting in troubleshooting challenges and strategies to ensure deliverables and outcomes are met.


3.

Strong collaboration with partners
- To establish close partnerships with E-Bridge Preschool Centres and work closely with various departments in E-Bridge in the design and delivery of programmes;
- Build strong partnerships with external stakeholders including Social Service Offices, Social Service Agencies (SSAs) and other community agencies.


4.

Ensuring good data management, timely reporting of deliverables and updating on progress of programmes:
- For the programmes that you oversee, you are to monitor all programme and funding reporting requirements and deliverables, and ensure timely submission of documents;
- To maintain good data management and conduct analysis of data to support the work of the practitioners you oversee and to inform on improvements to programme design and service delivery;
- To oversee the budget needs and monitor closely budget utilization of the programmes that you oversee;
- To work closely with the team to prepare and submit regular reports on the progress of implementation of programmes.
- Reviewing of initiatives and strategies to support the learning and social needs of children;
• To lead in the conduct of regular reviews of programmes, initiatives and strategies to ensure the learning and social needs of children.
• To oversee implementation of new programmes and initiatives.

Job Requirements

• To have at least 6 years of experience working in the social service sector, social cause institution or an educational setting with experience managing teams and overseeing the delivery of programmes.
• Preferably to have experience in both engaging and working with vulnerable groups, as well as in delivery of learning support programmes.
• A Degree/Masters in Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Social Policy or other related qualifications.
• Possess an aptitude in advocating for the social cause in society.
• Has the ability to develop, maintain and monitor outcomes using statistics and data.
• Possess strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual skills to effectively identify gaps, develop strategies and initiatives.
• Has the ability to forge strong partnerships with multiple teams and stakeholders to implement initiatives effectively, champion new ideas and foster a collaborative workculture.
