Job summary

MindChamps Preschool Singapore invites passionate educators to join as a Literacy Leader for 3-7 year olds, delivering MindChamps' literacy programme in line with our philosophy. You will plan, prepare engaging materials and guide learners with positive guidance.

You will build strong relationships with Champs and parents, keep progress records, and tailor instruction to individual developmental needs, contributing to MindChamps' growth and the champions' confidence.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field (Early Years Enrichment, Creative Language Arts, Speech and Drama, etc).
• At least 1 year of classroom teaching experience with learners aged 3–7 years.
• Engaging, dynamic and creative.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
