Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Preschool Principal to lead the Toa Payoh / Novena preschool, with an islandwide location option. The role oversees curriculum objectives, staff leadership, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality early childhood education.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education with Leadership, plus 1–2 years of Principal experience, ready to manage resources and engage with families while maintaining licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education with Leadership focus is required.
• 1–2 years of experience as Preschool Principal or in a similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Set overall goals for the school and curriculum objectives.
• Lead a team of teachers to deliver quality education and holistic development.
• Oversee strategic direction and overall management of the preschool.
• Communicate with parents effectively and build trusted relationships.
• Handle ECDA licensing processes, renewals, and compliance.
• Establish policies, procedures and programs to meet standards.
• Review and improve center policies and programs for future acquisitions.
• Ensure daily operations comply with licensing and regulatory requirements.
