Job description

The Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient centre operations in alignment with industry regulations and My Little Campus’ standard operating procedures
  • Uphold and reinforce high standards in health, safety, nutrition, and hygiene practices across the centre
  • Champion the vision, mission, and core values of the centre, fostering alignment among staff and stakeholders
  • Implement strategies to cultivate a strong culture of mentorship, coaching, and continuous staff development
  • Develop and implement proactive solutions to support staff in overcoming operational and professional challenges
  • Lead the implementation of effective classroom management practices, drawing from proven methodologies beyond the centre level
  • Monitor and assess the impact of initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of the learning environment
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture, encouraging teamwork and shared ownership
  • Guide and support efforts in parent engagement and community partnership, ensuring strong home-centre collaboration

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Degree in any discipline, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)
  • At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting including infant care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
  • Strong knowledge in curriculum and pedagogy
  • Experience in leading and managing the team
  • Experience in managing a centre with multiple bays and/or with a capacity of at least 50 ~ 60 children has an added advantage
