Preschool Principal

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of staff and enrollment of students
• Prepare budget and control cost expenditure
• Work within licensing and regulatory requirements
• Coach and mentor fellow teaching professionals to raise productivity and performance
• Lead team in the planning and execution of curriculum development and delivery
• Teacher and parent management

Requirements:

• Preferably a Degree or Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Prior experience undergoing SPARK certification will be an added advantage
• At least 3 years of experience as a Principal/Vice Principal
• Singaporeans Only
