Roles & Responsibilities
- Direct the comprehensive management of the center’s day-to-day functions.
- Provide professional Early Childhood expertise, leadership and ensure consistent deliverance of quality standards.
- Foster teachers in creating a positive and inviting learning environment.
- Ensure all staff uphold strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Prioritize the well-being of children by enforcing consistent safety and hygiene measures within the preschool
- Demonstrate flexibility in working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Maintain open, constructive communication with parents and staff.
- Review and improve the centre’s policies, philosophy, and procedures.

- Job Requirements:
