Responsibilities:
- Leads in developing strategic plans and structures to foster a culture of care and trust, mentoring, collaborative professionalism and continuous learning within the Centre
- Responsible for managing and enhancing Centre operations while adhering to industry regulations
- Drives operational and programme excellence by developing strong processes in strategic areas such as governance, partnerships, continuous development, curriculum and pedagogy
- Develops frameworks for sustained collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, possesses strong communication skills and is highly influential
- Leads in modelling the Centre’s mission, vision and values, and oversees the well-being of all staff in the Centre
- Manage manpower resources and centre operations
Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education & Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership and Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent recognised by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in managing Pre-school Centres preferably in AOP
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience preferably with bigger capacity
- Supervisory experience with good communication and customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Locations: Northeast, East and West
