At Carpe Diem Little Green House, we believe in creating a conducive and happy environment for our educators to thrive and grow.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plan, supervise and implement the programme for the assigned class based on the lesson plans that are provided by centre.

2. Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for each child.

3. Set up engaging learning environment in the classroom.

4. Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the children.

5. Build and maintain close partnership with parents.
