We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool English Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will hold at least an L2 teaching certification and preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. The teacher will be responsible for fostering a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment where young children can develop foundational English language skills and a lifelong love for learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate English lessons for preschool children.
  • Develop engaging lesson plans that support language, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
  • Use play-based and interactive teaching strategies to promote active learning.
  • Assess and monitor children’s progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain high standards of teaching and care.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies, child safety regulations, and teaching standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Mandatory: L2 teaching certification (or equivalent early childhood teaching credential).
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field.
  • Prior experience teaching preschool or early childhood level is an advantage.
  • Strong command of English (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with young children and nurturing their growth.
