Job summary

E-BRIDGE PRE-SCHOOL PTE. LTD. is hiring a teacher to deliver high-quality early childhood education at its Kent Height, Parc Meadow and Keat Hong locations, with ongoing support and professional development.

Responsibilities include planning, assessment and collaboration with staff and parents, ensuring a safe, caring classroom environment that fosters independent learning and holistic development.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) with 5 O Levels including English at grade B4.
• At least 2 years teaching experience in a pre-school environment.
• Knowledge of inquiry based learning or willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate and dedicated educators who want to make a difference in children's learning.

Responsibilities

• Undertake teaching of a class in accordance with school policies.
• Use varied teaching and caring methods to ensure high-quality learning.
• Encourage children to take pride in their environment and show respect for others.
• Maintain a tidy, well-organised classroom and manage all aspects of classroom routines.
• Create an engaging classroom promoting independent learning.
• Keep records of achievement and provide reports as necessary.
• Collaborate with principal and staff to develop pupil assessment procedures.
• Build positive links with parents of children in care.
• Provide planning documents with learning objectives, differentiated tasks, and assessments.
• Maintain professional dialogue with colleagues and guide assistant teachers.
• Share in pastoral care, health, welfare and behaviour management for all children.
• Respect and value each child's social, cultural and religious background.
