Job summary

You will foster positive behaviours, monitor progress, and maintain two-way communication with parents, while adhering to HPB, ECDA and Centre SOP guidelines. Working hours are Monday to Friday; applicants should have a Higher NITEC and at least two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher NITEC in Early Childhood Care & Education or relevant, with LON
• Min 2 years related experience
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Design and execute lesson plans with age-appropriate materials
• Foster positive behaviours in the preschool centre
• Evalute lesson plans and admend accordingly to the needs of the children
• Conduct obersvation and update parents on child's progression
• Provide a safe and welcoming environment for the children
• Adhere to HPB, ECDA and Centre SOP guidlines
• Build strong parent-teacher partnership with two-ways communication and involvement
