ABER CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Early Childhood Educator to design and deliver lesson plans that suit young learners. The role involves fostering positive behaviours, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and collaborating with families to support each child's development.

You will assess and adapt plans based on children’s needs, adhere to HPB, ECDA and centre SOP guidelines, and build a strong parent-teacher partnership through clear, two-way communication.

Qualificações

• Minimum Higher NITEC in Early Childhood Care & Education or relevant, with LON.
• Min 2 years related experience.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute lesson plans with age-appropriate materials
• Foster positive behaviours in the preschool centre
• Evalute lesson plans and admend accordingly to the needs of the children
• Conduct obersivation and update parents on child's progression
• Provide a safe and welcoming environment for the children
• Adhere to HPB, ECDA and Centre SOP guidlines
• Build strong parent-teacher partnership with two-ways communication and involvement
