• Carry out proper action for the protection of children.
• Carry out teaching and learning plans to meet the diverse needs of children.
• Co-lead team projects with people involved with the school.
• Design quality learning environments.
• Engage children via a specific curriculum and the use of proper teaching methods.
• Follow health, safety, nutritional, hygiene standards and rules.
• Guide colleagues to take part in constant learning and reflective practices.
• Impart the core values of an early childhood education via classroom curriculum.
• Improve home-centre partnerships.
• Raise the level of trust and respect with children via interaction.
• Refine classroom management plans, and watch and document children’s learning.
• Refine teaching and learning ways that follow curriculum frameworks.
• Review and plan own performance and behaviour.
• Show ethics and professionalism.
• Understand the learning and developmental needs of young children (birth to age 7).

Requirements:
