Responsibilities
- Develop and lead initiatives to foster the professional growth of educators.
- Guide the implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that supports both cognitive and emotional development.
- Ensure that the Center’s curriculum and programs align with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
- Strengthen and maintain the school’s reputation for excellence within the community and among parents.
- Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Holds Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L), Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L), Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL), or equivalent qualification recognized by ECDA.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience managing preschool centres, including overseeing daily operations, compliance, and team performance.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Hands-on experience in SPARK (Singapore Pre-school Accreditation Framework) processes, including self-assessment, centre development planning, and quality assurance.
