Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the centre’s daily operations in compliance with ECDA regulations
Supervise, support, and develop a team of early childhood educators
Guide curriculum planning and ensure effective implementation of an inquiry- and play-based learning framework
Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders through regular communication and engagement
Monitor enrolment, staff performance, and operational efficiency
Ensure a high standard of safety, hygiene, and learning environment within the centre
Requirements:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching & Leadership
Degree in Early Childhood Education will be advantageous
Able to vet Chinese Curriculum
Minimum 3-5 years’ teaching and management experience in a childcare/preschool
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong interpersonal abilities, especially in building rapport with parents
Creative marketing ideas to help drive enrolment growth
