ACE @ WORK EDUCARE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Centre Leader for our North Singapore preschool. The role provides strategic direction, educational leadership and operational oversight to ensure high standards of care and development for children.

You will lead educators, oversee curriculum, and mentor staff while fostering strong family partnerships and community engagement. The position emphasizes governance, quality improvement and safe, inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma or equivalent leadership qualification in EC education.
• Proven leadership experience in preschool settings and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead centre operations and ensure ECDA compliance.
• Oversee curriculum planning and meaningful learning experiences.
• Mentor educators through performance reviews and development.
• Plan and deploy manpower to support smooth operations.
• Foster a collaborative, professional team culture.
• Build relationships with parents through effective communication.
• Drive enrolment and maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with HQ to achieve centre objectives and quality initiatives.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
