Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical advisor throughout the pre-sales cycle in collaboration with sales professionals.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer objectives, both virtually and in person.
  • Support prospects through their evaluation and decision-making process, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
  • Build and configure Proof of Concept (POC) environments that highlight how the solutions meet specific customer needs.
  • Contribute to the creation of proposals (RFIs/RFPs), showcasing the business value and ROI of the solutions offered.
  • Represent customer interests in discussions with product management and engineering teams.
  • Help the sales team understand business challenges and align appropriate technologies to address them.
  • Foster long-term customer adoption by building relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
  • Develop a strategic vision for customers on how the solutions can drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and agility.
  • Provide support to marketing and partner engagement activities when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in the technology industry, particularly in pre-sales or, solution engineering or solution consulting.
  • Experience in presales for software solutions, such as Software as a Service (SaaS), ERP, CRM products.
  • Broad understanding of server, network, and cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for cross-country collaboration.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage technical and business audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Strategic thinker with a sales-oriented mindset to support deal closures through technical influence.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Solid business analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
