Role Overview

Smart Building Solutions (SBS), part of Siemens Smart Infrastructure, seeks an experienced Presales & Project Administrator with strong planning and administrative skills to support project execution in ASEAN. You will ensure high-quality administrative control, planning, and reporting from start to finish. This role offers high-tech exposure and the chance to be the face of our brand through project execution, contributing to ASEAN project growth in collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities
  • Assist leadership with daily business administration
  • Support presales and project teams
  • Manage all bid and project operations necessities
  • Create presentations, analyses, and reports
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams
  • Coordinate data for reports and presentations; conduct independent research
  • Plan and organize internal and external events (visits, meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences)
  • Perform other assigned tasks
Requirements
  • Diploma in Secretarial, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years administrative experience in presales or project office environment
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in documentation control and records management
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Proactive, mature personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with international teams and diverse cultures
