• Work location: West

• Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

• Direct, permanent role

What you do?

• Provide presales technical support for cybersecurity products, including demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) setups for customers and partners.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and position solutions that align with customer IT/Security requirements.

• Respond to RFI/RFPs and assist with solution design and compliance.

• Develop design recommendations and propose improvements.

• Conduct lab tests to validate setups and deployments while staying updated on competitive solutions and products.

• Deliver training for partners and internal teams, provide product updates, and establish good relationships with customers and vendors

What you need?

• Bachelor's degree /Diploma in a relevant field and at least 1 year of pre-sales experience

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity with proficiency in internet architecture, network infrastructure, SDNs, network performance tools, UNIX, Windows, VMware, and security solutions. Capable of delivering product demos and presentations.

• Knowledge on SSE product such as Netskope/SkyHigh Security/Versa Networks
