Job summary

A leading cybersecurity recruitment agency in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to provide pre-sales technical support for cybersecurity products. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, have at least one year of experience in pre-sales, and demonstrate strong knowledge of the cybersecurity industry. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sales technical support on assigned cybersecurity products to customers and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop and position solutions for go-to-market selling and customer proposals.
  • Understand customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Perform strategic cybersecurity solution selling, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept setups.
  • Work with solution vendors on business solution proposals, RFI/RFP design, compliance, and clarifications.
  • Develop design guidelines and recommend improvements for customers on assigned cybersecurity products.
  • Conduct in-house lab tests to validate proof-of-concept setups, endpoint/network designs, and deployments using new products and features.
  • Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services.
  • Provide enablement training to partners’ internal post-sales engineers on product/technology knowledge.
  • Conduct routine updates on new products/technologies to internal sales staff.
  • Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in pre-sales activities, preferably in large enterprise or government sectors.
  • Experience in delivery/implementation experience in cybersecurity technology open to a pre-sales role
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proficiency in Internet architecture, network infrastructure, software-defined networks, network performance tools and solutions, UNIX, Windows, VMware, and security covering Endpoint, Email, Web & Cloud.
  • Ability to perform product demonstrations and presentations on key security technologies.
  • Capable of designing architecture and writing proposals.
