Job summary

CANWORKONE.SG EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Presales/Technical Consultant specialized in cybersecurity to support solution design, engagements and presales activities.

You will work with Sales and Product teams to run POCs, demonstrations and workshops, and you will prepare technical proposals and architectures while delivering pre- and post-sales support. The role requires CyberArk certification and strong PAM knowledge, along with excellent presentation and client engagement

Qualifications

• CyberArk certification is mandatory.

Salary: Up to SGD 7,000

We are looking for a Presales / Technical Consultant with strong cybersecurity knowledge to support solution design, customer engagements and technical presales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct POCs, technical presentations, product demonstrations and workshops.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures and recommendations.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
• Engage customers to understand their security challenges and translate them into practical solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity technologies, threats and solutions.

Requirements

• CyberArk certification is mandatory.
• Relevant experience in cybersecurity presales, technical consulting or solution engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
