About the role

Yonyou (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Presales Consultant (Business Application) - Chinese Preferred to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role based in the Central Region. As a Presales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and demonstrating our industry-leading business application solutions to prospective clients, ensuring their needs are thoroughly understood and effectively addressed.

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop customised solutions that meet client requirements
2. Conduct in-depth needs analysis and solution demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our business applications
3. Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, from pre-sales to post-sales implementation
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our presales processes and best practices
6. Engage with clients to ensure a seamless transition and provide ongoing support

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the enterprise software or business application industry
2. Strong understanding of business applications and their functionalities, with the ability to translate technical features into practical solutions
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
4. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to conduct business negotiations and presentations in both languages
5. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional pre-sales support
6. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a willingness to continuously learn and grow
