PRESALES AND SOLUTION ENGINEER
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and resourceful professional with expertise in Communication, IT, IT Security, and Network solutions to support our Sales team in delivering comprehensive proposals and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing suitable equipment, guiding project teams, and ensuring seamless execution of solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide support to the Sales team in preparing solution-based proposals, specifically within the Communication, IT, and IT Security domains.
· Analyze project requirements related to IT, IT Security, and Network infrastructure, and propose effective solutions.
· Identify and source appropriate equipment for tenders while coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
· Deliver presentations to clients, showcasing solution capabilities and benefits.
· Develop well-structured technical proposals to support the sales process.
· Assist Sales in performing Proof of Concept demonstrations for potential customers.
· Guide Project Team in the preparation of key project documents, including IT design, network architecture, and IT security documentation.
· Guide Project Team in the development of Test & Commissioning documents and facilitate the execution of test procedures.
Requirements:
· Strong knowledge of Communication, IT, IT Security, and Network infrastructure.
· Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Expertise in pre-sales solutions for communication systems, including but not limited to CCTV, Public Address, Telephony, Radio, and Wireless Systems.
· Proven ability to work with vendors and business partners to develop cost-effective solutions.
· Experience in solution costing and budget estimation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Highly resourceful, able to work under pressure, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
· Prior experience in IT infrastructure, IT security, and network implementation is added advantages.
