Key Responsibilities
Client Relationships:
Cultivate strong relationships with high-end customers.
Understand their preferences, needs, and golf lifestyle apparel requirements.
Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' preferences and support their golfing journey.
Develop personalized outreach strategies to maintain ongoing client engagement, including follow-up calls, etc.
Sales Excellence
Provide personalized shopping experiences.
Drive sales by recommending suitable products and upselling.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities, including cross-selling.
Product Knowledge:
Master the brand products and understanding of a golfer journey.
Stay informed about industry trends, new arrivals, and emerging technologies in golf to provide informed recommendations and anticipate customer preferences.
Boutique Operations Support:
Collaborate with the team to maintain a luxurious ambiance.
Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining accurate records of product availability.
Events and Promotions:
Participate in exclusive marketing events.
Leverage your network to attract potential clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of golf retail sales experience.
Previous experience in luxury product sales, handling of high-end customers are welcome to apply too.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with high-end clientele.
