TUNG LOK CENTRAL RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Meat Prep team member to join our kitchen.

In this role you will break down whole beef, pork, lamb, poultry and fish into usable cuts, trim and portion according to chef specifications, and support a busy service with precision. You will ensure proper handling and storage to meet food safety standards, monitor quality and freshness, clean the station and tools, and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar meat preparation role.
• Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
• Able to perform split shifts and work on weekends/public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Team player with good communication and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Break down whole beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and fish into usable cuts for the kitchen
• Trim, portion, and prepare meats to chef specifications and menu requirements
• Ensure meats handled and stored according to food safety standards
• Monitor quality and freshness of all meat products
• Clean and maintain station, tools, equipment to meet health code standards
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
