Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Manager for a leading precision engineering firm. This role bridges internal engineering teams and external clients, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-precision projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has strong project management and technical knowledge in CNC machining, metrology, and micro-fabrication, with excellent communication across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in programme or project engineering within precision engineering/manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM software, and high-precision measurement tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of precision manufacturing processes and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with MS Project or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets across multiple precision engineering programmes.
• Work closely with NPI, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to meet milestones and objectives.
• Identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply technical knowledge across CNC machining, micro-fabrication, and metrology.
• Oversee prototype development and assess manufacturability of product design.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-precision components and systems.
• Ensure all projects comply with stringent quality and tolerance standards in line with precision engineering requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee testing, validation, and inspection processes for components and assemblies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams on technical and programme-related matters.
• Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and risk assessments to key stakeholders.
