Job summary

WIN-BELLS LOGISTICS & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Field Service Engineer for precision cooling systems.

You will install, test, and commission CRAC/CRAH units, perform preventive maintenance, and diagnose faults in data centre environments. You will work 24/7 on-call and travel to sites as needed, interfacing with BMS systems. The role requires an ITE or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with 2–3 years of experience in precision cooling.

Qualifications

• Education: ITE or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–3 years in precision cooling (CRAC/CRAH/Chiller) environments.
• Willingness to work on-call 24/7 and travel to data centres.

Responsibilities

• Installation, testing and commissioning of precision cooling units per specs.
• Preventive maintenance: routine service, cleaning, and checks.
• Corrective maintenance: diagnose faults and replace components.
• Operate and integrate with BMS via Modbus/BACnet or other protocols.
• Provide remote support and customer-facing communication; document logs.
