Job summary

Job Choices Solution Pte. Ltd is recruiting an experienced CNC Milling Machinist / Setter Cum Programmer in Singapore. The role covers setup and operation of CNC Milling/ Machining Center machines, and programming with Mastercam or other CAD/CAM software.

You will work on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling with tools, GD&T, and in-process inspection, using Mazak, Haas, DMG Mori, Makino or Okuma machines. Salary ranges: basic S$1,500–S$2,200; gross S$3,000–S$4,500 (OT included).

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC Milling / Machining Center setup and programming.
• Familiar with Mastercam or CAD/CAM programming.
• Experience with 3-Axis / 4-Axis / 5-Axis milling.
• Able to read technical drawings and GD&T.
• Familiar with precision measuring instruments.
• Experience in the precision engineering industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC Milling / CNC Machining Center machines.
• Perform CNC programming using Mastercam or other CAD/CAM software.
• Create and modify G-code / M-code programs.
• Setup and operate 3-Axis / 4-Axis / 5-Axis CNC milling machines.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.
• Ensure machining parts meet engineering drawings, tolerances and specifications.
• Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with production team to achieve daily production targets.
