Job summary

You will troubleshoot programming and mechanical issues, perform routine preventive maintenance, and keep equipment in peak condition to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC mills/turns
• Ability to input and test CNC control codes
• Set up machines with tools/fixtures/materials
• Troubleshoot programming and mechanical issues
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery including drills, lathes, and presses to manufacture precision parts
• Program CNC machines by inputting and testing control codes to ensure accurate machine operation
• Set up CNC machines by installing tools, fixtures, and materials according to production specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming errors or mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production quality
• Maintain CNC equipment through routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
