Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of cleanroom assembly experience preferred in precision manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Cleanroom assembly of precision components in a controlled environment.
• Install Helicoils into components per specifications and standards.
• Perform helium leak testing and document results.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure quality and report non-conformities.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and work instructions.
• Ensure equipment is calibrated and maintained; report issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, and production teams.
