Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Precision Assembly Technician (Probe Card) to join their team in Tai Seng. The role requires meticulous work under a microscope, handling delicate components and performing assembly, testing, and repair of small electrical/mechanical parts.

The candidate should be comfortable using tweezers, soldering tools, and precision instruments, while strictly following SOPs and safety regulations to ensure quality.

Qualifications

Position : Precision Assembly Technician (Probe Card)

Location

Location : Tai Seng

Working hours

Working hours : 5 days | Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm (Normal Office Hours. No shift work, overtime, or standby duties are required)

Salary

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 Basic + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus + Group Insurance

Main Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, test and repair miniature electrical and mechanical components
• Perform precision work under a microscope in a cleanroom environment
• Use tweezers, soldering tools, microscopes and other precision instruments
• Follow SOPs, safety requirements and quality standards
• Work with the team to meet production and quality targets

Requirements

• NITEC or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering or a related field
• Comfortable handling delicate components and working under a microscope
• Willing to learn micro-soldering and specialised probe card equipment
