Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on technician to perform precision repair and assembly of probe cards and related components in a cleanroom environment.

You will conduct detailed microscopic work to inspect, repair, and assemble delicate parts, and operate specialized manufacturing and testing equipment safely. Working in Tai Seng, you will follow strict cleanroom protocols, document progress, and support continuous improvement in the repair process.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience handling small components and using a microscope.
• Good manual dexterity for detailed work under a microscope.
• Fluent in English to communicate with counterparts.
• Business trips may be required for training.

Job Description

• Perform precision repair and assembly of probe cards and related components in a cleanroom
• Conduct detailed microscopic work to inspect, repair, and assemble delicate parts
• Handle and operate specialized manufacturing and testing equipment safely and accurately
• Follow cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures, contamination control, and proper handling of sensitive materials
• Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of equipment used in testing and repair
• Document work progress, report issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the repair process

Job Requirement

• At least 2-3 year of experience in handling small components and using microscope
• Good manual dexterity for detailed work under a microscope
• Fluent in English in order to communicate with counterparts
• Business trip might be required for training purpose

Preferable in addition

• Relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly with probe cards and sockets.
• Experience with precision work
• Familiarity with wafer testing or final products in the semiconductor field
