Job summary

Genic (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Technician for ENT-SAT assembly and related tasks. The role requires careful handling of small screws and delicate plastic components with a focus on accuracy and repeatable quality.

Responsibilities include assembling parts with screwdrivers, drills, and hand tools, verifying screw specs, and performing routine checks to ensure safe, clean operations. On-site work with strict safety and quality standards will apply.

Qualifications

• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills to handle small screws and delicate plastic components.
• Careful and precise approach to assembling plastic parts without causing damage.
• Ability to maintain concentration, accuracy and consistency during repetitive assembly work.
• Experience operating bench drills, torque drivers and precision hand tools is highly preferred.

• Assemble and align plastic parts, housings and casings using electric screwdrivers, bench drills and hand tools.
• Ensure correct screw type, quantity, position and fastening depth to prevent damage to components.
• Complete assigned production orders independently while meeting quality and production requirements.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure products are properly aligned, securely fastened and free from scratches, cracks and gaps.
• Perform daily checks on electric screwdrivers, drill bits and hand tools to ensure proper operation.
• Handle components carefully and report assembly defects, missing screws or damaged parts to the Supervisor.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and comply with company safety rules, quality standards and work instructions.
