Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit tender proposals, including cost estimates, bill of quantities, and pricing schedules.
  • Review and analyze project specifications and drawings to accurately determine project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate and competitive tender submissions.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for tender preparation.
  • Compile and submit quotations for projects, including all necessary materials and services.
  • Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Accurately certify and validate progress claims submitted by contractors.
  • Take responsibility for managing the final account.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering and quantity surveying in the interior design/construction industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
