Job Requirements:
Curriculum planning and professional matters, providing inputs and perspectives, and mentoring teachers in areas of pedagogy, delivery and use of tools and resources.
Setting the direction for parent partnership, community engagement, and talent management.
Management and optimization of centre resources e.g., rostering, inventory management, controllable expenses.
Implementation of specific centre programs, initiatives, and events.
Handle centre administrative matters.
Determine requirements that must be met regarding licensing, health and safety regulations from the start and local regulatory agencies.
Work closely with agencies to meet requirements.
Mentor the teachers to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching, and evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies.
Prepare budget and control budget expenditures.
Keep adequate records of income and expenditures.
Prepare monthly reports for senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Pre-School Education-Leadership (DPL) with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a pre-school setting.
Minimum 2 years of exposure in a supervisory role i.e., Senior Teacher/Lead Teacher/Vice-Principal.
Demonstrated knowledge in curriculum and teaching pedagogy.
Demonstrated knowledge in One@ECDA and CMS.
Hands-on experience in mentoring and coaching educators towards quality teaching practices.
Creative and inspiring with loving energy.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
