Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate curriculum according to the school’s curriculum framework
• Prepare lesson plans with objectives and learning outcomes that will engage children and to meet varying needs and learning styles of children
• Responsible for implementing and execution of classroom and outdoor activities and ensuring a safe, conducive learning environment for the children
• Foster trusting and respectful relationship with children and parents, by being a positive role model
• Active participation and sharing of ideas, suggestions, learning, concerns and challenges during meetings
• Participate in event management as well as marketing and sales activities.
• Provide coverage duties for staff on leave and other adhoc duties.
