Job summary

FK HUMAN RESOURCES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Preschool Principal to oversee the daily operations of a Singapore preschool. You will lead and mentor teaching and administrative staff, ensure high-quality education, and manage compliance with ECDA regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and enrolment management, and active engagement with parents and the community to foster a safe, nurturing learning environment for children and families.

Qualifications

• ECDA-recognised qualifications relevant to Preschool Principal.
• Proven experience in preschool leadership and centre management.
• Strong knowledge of preschool operations, curriculum and ECDA regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and people management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about early childhood education with high professionalism.
