What is the role about?

We are now searching for an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to provide technical knowledge, advice, and support to sales representatives and customers during the sales process. The role involves resolving product and technical issues and maximizing the benefits derived from the organization’s products and/or services.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Provide presales technical expertise to the Product teams and customers.
  2. Contribute technical input into projects and documentation; identify additional sales opportunities with existing customers.
  3. Install and demonstrate products at customer sites.
  4. Collaborate with product teams to develop and recommend products and services to meet customer requirements.
  5. Assist customers in identifying their technical specifications and determining necessary documentation for integrating the organization’s products into their applications.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the organization’s and competitors’ products and services.
  7. Create blogs, white papers, and other technical materials to promote products and the company's technical capabilities.
  8. Support customers in implementing new products, ensuring specifications are met and assisting with their deployment.
Who are you?
  1. 7-10 years of technical solution experience within IT, mainly Cloud.
  2. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  3. Experience in the IT Industry, particularly in IaaS.
  4. Experience in writing blogs, attending events, and delivering presentations.
  5. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Fluency in English and an Asian language, both verbal and written, to liaise with regional stakeholders.
  7. SAP experience is a plus.
