Make an Impact by

  • Assist in developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
  • Support Business Managers for new leads on sales preaching.
  • Working closely with Business Managers to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
  • Co-ordinate customers with platform vendor, IT & Network teams on customer onboarding, plan creation, platform & network changes.
  • Provide after sales technical support including change requests. Understand customers’ needs and pain points to address the queries and provide suggestions or solutions.
  • Handling customer complaints on technical aspects and perform high level troubleshooting before escalating to network operations.

Skills for Success

  • Degree in IT technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Min 3-4 years of experience in a pre-sales environment
  • Comfortable with numbers
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong in problem solving, multi-tasking & prioritisation skills.
