Make an Impact by

  • Lead a Pre-Sales Team to provide technical support to Sales Team on Managed Roaming business development.
  • Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
  • To support Business Managers for new leads on technical solution proposal preparation and preaching.
  • To handle customer onboarding and subsequent customization deployment.
  • To co-ordinate customers with various technical stakeholders including platform vendor, IT & Network teams on customer onboarding, plan creation, platform & network changes.
  • To provide after sales technical support. Understand customers’ needs and pain points to address the queries and provide suggestions or solutions.
  • To handle customer complaints on technical aspects and perform high level troubleshooting before escalating to network operations.
  • To liaise with network and platform vendor on license and platform expansion.
  • To evaluate network and platform vendors' change requests
  • To manage and develop platform capability to cater with evolving business.

Skills for Success

  • Degree in IT technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Min 8 years of experience in a pre-sales and/or product development environment
  • Comfortable with numbers
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong in problem solving, multi-tasking & prioritisation skills.
