Key Responsibilities

Client Experience

  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that every client receives an exceptional experience.
  • Respond to client feedback and complaints promptly, taking corrective action as needed.

Recruitment and Hiring

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified therapists for pre and postnatal industry.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the Director.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully integrated into the team.

Inventory

  • Collaborate with the procurement department to manage stock levels, including ordering and storage of products.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of supplies and optimize inventory management.

Staff Management

  • Provide guidance and training support to trainers, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans for staff.
  • Ensure outlet is meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a spa or wellness center.
  • Strong background in recruitment and talent management, with a focus on hiring therapists.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of spa operations, services, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., scheduling, booking systems, Microsoft Office).
