Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that every client receives an exceptional experience.
- Respond to client feedback and complaints promptly, taking corrective action as needed.
Recruitment and Hiring
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified therapists for pre and postnatal industry.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the Director.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully integrated into the team.
Inventory
- Collaborate with the procurement department to manage stock levels, including ordering and storage of products.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of supplies and optimize inventory management.
Staff Management
- Provide guidance and training support to trainers, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans for staff.
- Ensure outlet is meeting monthly sales targets.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a spa or wellness center.
- Strong background in recruitment and talent management, with a focus on hiring therapists.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of spa operations, services, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., scheduling, booking systems, Microsoft Office).
