We are seeking a Practice Manager / Clinic Manager to oversee our clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient clinic processes, and leading a team of healthcare professionals. You will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience while driving business growth through effective operational management.

Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

  • Lead and oversee the dedicated team of dental assistants, hygienists, receptionists, and other clinic staff.
  • Offer guidance, support, and training to empower team members and drive exceptional performance and operational efficiency.

Scheduling and Patient Management:

  • Take charge of managing patient appointments and fine-tuning the schedule to ensure seamless and timely patient care.
  • Monitor the flow of patients, resolve scheduling conflicts, and uphold high standards of patient satisfaction.

Financial Management:

  • Supervise the billing processes, insurance claims, and all financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, keep a close eye on budgets, and promote financial efficiency.

Patient Relations:

  • Address patient inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide a positive patient experience by responding to concerns swiftly and effectively.

Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
