Practice Lead - Financial Services

Are you a recruitment consultant with deep knowledge of the Financial Services space? Ready to own and grow your own desk within a collaborative, high-performing team?

We’re looking for a Practice Lead – Financial Services to join our team in Singapore. As an individual contributor, you’ll work alongside three other experienced consultants, collectively covering top-tier FSI clients across Asia.

What you’ll do:

• Own and grow your desk focused on financial services hiring across Asia
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in banking, insurance, fintech, and asset management
• Source, engage, and deliver top talent in high-stakes roles
• Partner closely with your peers to share insights, leads, and market intelligence
• Drive best practices in search, client management, and candidate experience

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within Financial Services
• Proven track record as an individual contributor
• Strong understanding of the FS landscape across Asia
• A self-starter mindset with a collaborative spirit
• Ambition to grow your brand and influence within a supportive team
