Job description

    The PR Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective public relations and marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand image and promote its products or services. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with the media, stakeholders, and the public.Key Responsibilities:Media Relations:Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and other media professionals.Draft and distribute press releases and media advisories to promote key company initiatives.Content Creation:Develop engaging and compelling content for press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media platforms.Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with overall marketing strategies.Event Management:Plan and coordinate press conferences, product launches, and other events to generate media coverage.Ensure smooth execution of events and manage media interactions.Crisis Communication:Act as a spokesperson during times of crisis, managing communication to minimize reputational damage.Develop crisis communication plans and protocols.Social Media Management:Monitor and manage the company's social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engage with the audience.Develop and implement social media campaigns in alignment with overall PR and marketing goals.Proven experience in PR, marketing, or a related role.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to think creatively and strategically.Familiarity with digital marketing and social media trends.Crisis management skills and the ability to work under pressure.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid time offSchedule: Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate: Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience: total work: 5 years (Preferred) Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 01/07/2025,
