This role will report to Group CEO.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement innovative integrated marketing communications (IMC) and overseas public relations (PR) strategies for clients (focused on overseas markets), with a particular emphasis on the deep integration and utilization of social media channels.
  2. Lead and manage the local execution team in Singapore, setting clear goals, assigning tasks, providing guidance and feedback, and ensuring high-quality and efficient project completion.
  3. Develop potential clients in overseas markets and build and maintain client relationships.
  4. Serve as the primary strategic contact for existing clients, gaining a deep understanding of client needs and providing proactive advice.
Requirements
  1. 8 or more years of experience in integrated marketing communications (IMC) or digital marketing, with at least 2 years focused on social media marketing strategy and execution, and experience in overseas marketing.
  2. Extensive experience serving clients in the consumer goods industry, with a deep understanding of consumer brand building, user behavior, and marketing characteristics.
  3. 2 or more years of experience in team leadership or project management, with excellent team building, motivation, coaching, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  4. Fluent in English: Possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills, able to conduct international meetings, write English project reports, and manage multinational teams/client communications.
